오전 6시 20분 출근, 오후 4시 퇴근 33인분 판매 하... 오늘 사실 여기도 공휴일이었다. 불어로는 Assomption 한국어로는 성모승천일 (방금 찾아봄 ㅋㅋ) 우리는 관광객이 아닌 여기 현지에 거주하거나 체류하는 사람들이 주요 고객이고, 그래서 다들 쉬는 공휴일이 되면 주변 가게, 오피스 다 문닫기 때문에 손님수가 뚝 떨어져서 그냥 닫는게 남는거시다~~~~라는

주5일만 장사하지만 사실 주6.5일 정도 일하는 우리 토요일엔 그 다음주에 쓸 식재료 쇼핑을 하고 일요일엔 월요일 장사 준비를 한다. 그래서 휴일은 토요일 오후부터 일요일 오전 정도까지. 어쩐지 항상 일하고 있는 기분이다. 이렇게 일하는 대신 한 달 정도 아예 휴가를 가지는데 올해는 7월에 이미 휴가를 썼다. 연말이나 되야 크리스마스 연휴에 쉴 수 있을 것
