Read somewhere that 2 hrs of greentime per week is good for your mental health. Like being in the woods and around trees. So been doing walks with puppies in the local park. High Park is like Toronto's

The ferns are coming out in the woods. OK not in focus yet the color in beautiful. If you know a name for this plant please let me know. I would also love to find out if it is eatable. It looks so good.
