The other day I saw a photo of myself from the 80s. The hair was bigger. The jeans were tighter. There were shoulder pads involved, I’m afraid. At the time, I thought I looked very "current."

Today, I look at old photos. Many faces. Many places. I remember good times. I remember hard times. Life is a story. Many chapters. Some happy. Some sad. But all important. I see my friends. I see my family.

Dinner time. A simple meal. Tuna and bread. But it is very good. I eat slow. I enjoy every bite. I think, food is important. It gives us strength. It gives us joy. Sometimes, life is hard. Things happen.

Today, I wear pajamas. All day. It is very comfortable. I think, why not? No meetings. No office. Just me and my house. I move around. I feel free. Like a bird. Or a cat. People say, "You must dress

Today, I make a list. Not work list. Not shopping list. A good list. A fun list. I write: Read a book. I like books. Many stories. Many ideas. Take a nap. Very important. Sleep is good. Makes me feel young.

Before, my commute was terrible. So much car. So much noise. Every day, the same. Now? My commute is very short. I walk from bedroom to kitchen. Sometimes, I stop by the living room. It is very peaceful.
