Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad @hive @fulldeportes, estaba algo perdido ya que había perdido las llaves y no las conseguía pero ya estoy de nuevo activo nuevamente gracias a Dios. En esta oportunidad comparto con todos ustedes, una rutina de ejercicios basado en el lastre que aplicó mucho para mejorar los fondos y dominadas son muy buenos para fortalecer todo el tren superior adquirir más fuerza y sobre todo para obtener masa muscular.

¿Que es el lastre? La calistenia lastrada consiste en la realización de varios ejercicios como lo son las dominadas, los fondos las sentadillas con peso adicional. Puedes usar un bolso, un chaleco especial para la calistenia, una mancuerna amarrada a una correa, cinturón, disco entre otros... ¿Para que sirve?? Muchos deportistas usan este método de entrenamiento cuando ya puedes dominar los ejercicios básicos que mencionamos anteriormente con la práctica del lastre tus ejercicios básicos se volverán mucho más fácil de ejecutar, no solo eso aparte obtendrás mucha fuerza y podrás obtener buena masa muscular al trabajar con peso.

What is ballast? Weighted calisthenics consists of performing various exercises such as pull-ups, dips, and squats with additional weight. You can use a bag, a special vest for calisthenics, a dumbbell tied to a strap, belt, disc, among others... What is it for??
