Status
As of now the only way to tell wether the post was succesfull is to look in the console inspecting the site. Thats good enough for testing and getting the systems to work in my eyes comes before

Larger files
As far as larger files are concerned, that is as of yet not possible due to limitations on the blocksize(and if a post fails for this or any other reason the user doesnt see a lot about what happened).
