No 'warm smell of colitas' in Estoril yesterday, but shocked to see what I thought were two people standing on a high-storey ledge of the Hotel Inglaterra. Relieved to see it was just an art installation,

This little beast took a lap or two around Estoril race track a few years ago, and it was blasting and barely just cruising ! Can anyone help me if you know what brand / model / year it is ?
