回顾:稳压管的特性 主要参数 稳定电压UZ:是在规定电流下稳压管的反向击穿电压。器件参数具有分散性。 稳定电流IZ:稳压管工作在状态时的参考电流,电流低于此值时稳压效果变坏,甚至根本不稳压,常将IZ记做IZmin。 额定功耗PZM:PZM等于稳压管的稳定电压UZ与最大稳定电流IZM的乘积。一般是根据稳压管的PZM求IZM。只要不超过额定功率,电流愈大,稳压效果愈好。
