This week flew right by! Work was extremely busy, which is not a bad thing at all, just very busy. :) While I'm a bit off from hitting my workout goal for the week, there is still time tomorrow and Sunday

The morning got hectic but I was able to stick to my plan and squeeze in an evening workout. Even hit a PR on front squats! #fitness #workout #dadfit

Trainer said my RDLs were looking solid but now I think I'm trapped in RDL HELL! :)
