Días atras conversaba con un primo que le está haciendo unos trabajos de handy man a su cuñado quien tiene un don de acumular electrodomésticos y antigüedades. Los invito a que aprecien el vídeo donde se muestra toda la preparación paso a paso, su sabor es un deleite al paladar y genera una explosión de sabores que seguro querrás repetir 😁. Es dulce, es fuerte y con el aroma y sabor que aporta el ron le agrega un toque de volatilidad, el también me cuenta que intenso simular un café de prestigioso de la ciudad de Caracas llamado **Café Vomero** solo que ese café en vez de ron lleva sambuca y además chocolate. Pero esas son las maravillas de la cocina y del café en particular que cualquiera puede crear su receta y hacer su marca, lo importante es saber escoger un buen café que tenga un buen aroma, un tostado a termino y un molido perfecto.
