Hi everyone, I'm currently creating a blockchain app where people can submit Pixel Art that will be included. It's intended to be a Steem Community Collaboration project for anyone of any artistic level. The question I have is... should I design it so that people submit their artwork by creating a post on the Steem Blockchain under a particular tag... and myself or moderators pick that up and include in the bApp... or should they be able to submit it directly in the application?
