9K on tax prep day! 😠 I'm not a fan of filling out tax forms. it takes a while to gather the data and then make sure you put it properly into the forms according to the instructions which change a bit

12K on a fidgety day! 😃 I was listening to music while I was doing my daily activities and of course I was dancing around and even dancing in my office chair which I call chair dancing. I had some energy

12K as we relax and anticipate Christmas Day! 🎅 Unless you're a last-minute shopper, you're probably about ready for Christmas now. I know I am. Time to start partying! I'll have 3 parties to go to in

13K on a bad weather day. ❄🌧 This is the kind of day when no one goes out. All the churches in my area were closed today. Nothing to do but watch the Panthers, but I don't want to talk about that. Not

10K on an average day. I didn't do too much extra exercise today but I did chair dance and fidget around because I had a little extra caffeine in my system today. I am sensitive to caffeine and I usually

Just 10K because I spent time in church today! 👍 I'm not a regular church-goer, but my parents invited me to their church's Christmas musical service. I enjoyed the music. I like the old time Christmas

14K, for today, almost double yesterday! 😃 I've done a bit better today than yesterday. This number is more near my average. I got it from doing my daily activities with my phone in my hand, and from

11K today; @steemmonsters I did play! 😃 Welcome back to my daily active fit report. I've been fairly consistent about doing this everyday. My music always motivates me to move. Even when I am in a sitting

It's a 15K day, a little above average for me! I've been doing some work and playing some @steemmonsters. There is a daily Quest that gets you a booster pack, and season 1 ends in 2 days which can get

I hit 11k today. I didn't really have a lot of time to move because I was doing some projects. Of course I was doing some #chairdancing while I was working. I also watched game 2 of the World Series but

12K today and I'm posting while watching the World Series! It's the 8th inning and some of you may know that baseball has 9 Innings and the game is over after 9 Innings unless both teams are tied. Picture

15K today, probably a little above average for me. I've been doing things around the house and fidgeting and chair dancing to my fast music while I play @steemmonsters! Speaking of steemmonsters, we got

12K today! Better than some days and quite a bit less than others! 😎 I've created a new tag called #chairdancing because that's something I do while I'm sitting at my desk or even reclining on my bed
