I haven't done ranked splinterlands wild battles in months. There are no rating resets if you don't battle. I was somewhere between 2500 & 2800 rating for wild. Now that the new season has kicked off,

It seems that you are better off using epic & legendary cards in survival mode since they have the lowest cooldown periods. Revival Potions will be available in the future to skip the cooldown periods.
