今年中秋，可以说是我人生里最忙碌的一个节日！整场中秋家宴由我主厨👩🍳，属实赶鸭子上架，挑起重担啦😅😅🤭 往年逢年过节、日常三餐，都是我爸妈互相照料打理… 自从老爸去年底脑梗之后，身体大不如前，做饭的担子基本落我妈身上… 可我妈本身也有帕金森，最近发现她腰背前倾，医生叮嘱腰椎不能过度劳累，久站弯腰都吃不消！难怪我妈说做事久了腰挺不住了… 也没啥痛感不舒服的！
