Rolls with cheese and pepper
Ingredients:
- 250 g of puff pastry;
- 50-70 g of cream cheese;
- 20 g jalapeno pepper powder;
- 150-200 g of gouda cheese;
- 1 egg.
Preparation
Roll the dough sheet into a square with a side of 25 cm. Lubricate it with cream cheese, leaving about 2-3 cm on one side untouched. At the top, distribute the mixture of jalapenos pepper powder and grated cheese. The side without the filling should be greased with water and roll the dough into a roll, starting from the opposite side. The resulting sausage is lightly squeezed to hold the workpiece together. Cut the roll into equal pieces about 1 cm thick, grease them with beaten egg and bake at 180-200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
