Baked apples with curd, banana and meringue
Ingredients
- 4 apples;
- ½ banana ;
- 100 g of cottage cheese;
- 2 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 egg white.
Cooking
Cut the tops of the apples, remove the cores and place the fruit on a baking sheet. Beat the banana and cottage cheese with a blender until smooth.
Start with a mixture of apples and sprinkle with some sugar. Place in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.
Mixer whisk protein. Continuing to whip, add the remaining sugar. You should have a thick cream. Using a cooking syringe or bag, place it on the apples.
Bake them at 120 ° C for another 15–20 minutes. Meringue will turn out to be crisp, but from the inside it will remain creamy.
