Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookie
INGREDIENTS:
1 C raw sugar
½ T molasses
1 C butter
1 t vanilla
1 egg
2 ¼ c all-purpose flour
1 t baking soda
½ t salt
1 C chopped walnuts
1 C chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven and 375 F
Prepare cookie sheets
Mix raw sugar and molasses, butter, vanilla and egg in bowl. Add in flour, baking soda, and salt, mix. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 mins, cool.
