"Taltsy" is a unique collection of monuments of history and architecture of the peoples of Eastern Siberia of the 17-20th centuries, which is included in the top five open-air museums in Russia. The museum was founded in 1966 (when the first wooden structures were moved from the flood zone of the Ust-Ilimsk Reservoir on the Angara River), and is open for visiting in 1980. The museum has 13 exhibits, in which there are 36 monuments of wooden architecture. The rarest and unique monuments are the wooden Spasskaya Tower and the Kazan Chapel of the former Ilimsky Ostrog (1667-1679) cut down more than 300 years ago from larch without the use of nails.

Walk through the museum. Evenki summer and autumn camp, winter plague with a three-layer coating.
