CPipi的便当系列(一)Pipi's BENTO Series (1) - 番茄酱炒面米粉

早安星期一!

开始带便当去上班啦,要多大的毅力啊~!

每当准备好便当后,帮它拍靓靓的照片就是一种满足与成就感。
Po文时,我总会hashtag说,#要睡觉还是要便当,很多人都会回应说要睡觉,毕竟要准备便当就是要早醒45分钟至一小时了嘛。
老实说,真的很挣扎,可是为了瘦身和健康的饮食,就是要逼自己醒来啦!

今天就准备了米粉,鸡胸肉,萝卜,包菜,大葱,黄瓜,小番茄粒,蒜头,鸡蛋。

  1. 炒香蒜头,放入鸡胸肉,加了调味料(黑酱油和黑胡椒)
  2. 再加入萝卜,包菜,一丁点盐,炒至稍微熟了再加入大葱和米粉。
  3. 依照个人喜好,可以加点番茄酱调味。
  4. 煎了个鸡蛋,将黄瓜切片,加入小番茄粒, 便当就完成啦!

Morning Monday!

Starting to prepare homemade BENTO for lunch in work, how much of determination should I need for this?! Woah~

In fact, it could be a wonderful sense of achievement and satisfaction whenever you capture a photo of your bento after done preparation.
Everytime when I post a photo of my bento in IG, I would always put in a hashtag #preferSleeporBento, most of my friends would vote for sleep. For sure, it definitely requires us to wake up 45 minutues to 1 hour earlier for the perparation.
To be honest, today I struggled for this as well, but for the sake of healthy meal and slimmer body, I shall wake up!!!!

This is the bento for today, JIANG JIANG!!
Ingredients: chicken breast, cabbages, carrot, cucumber, grape tomatoes, onions, garlic, mee hoon and eggs

  1. Put in garlic to fry with vegetable oil, add in chicken breast pieces together with black sauce and black pepper.
  2. Add in carrot and cabbages, with little bit of salt, fry it till they are cooked and followed by addition of onions and mee hoon.
  3. With own preference taste, add in tomato sauce for flavoring.
  4. Fried an egg, add in some sliced cucumber pieces and grape tomatoes. And the BENTO is ready to serve!!!
