CPipi的便当系列(三)Pipi's BENTO Series (3) - 泰式炒肉碎

又是美好的星期五!早安大家!
今天便当的重点菜肴就是泰式炒肉碎!个人最爱的。

材料:萝卜,大葱,芹菜,肉碎,鸡蛋,小番茄粒,黄瓜,蒜头,小辣椒,草菇,西兰花,菜豆
调味料:番茄酱,黑胡椒,酱青,麻油,胡椒粉,黑酱油"

  1. 将萝卜,芹菜,大葱,黄瓜,小辣椒,菜豆切块/碎。
  2. 煎鸡蛋;水煮西兰花。
  3. 炒香蒜头,加入肉碎,以黑胡椒,麻油调味,再加入萝卜碎,菜豆碎和小辣椒末,加入黑酱油炒至熟。
  4. 加入草菇,萝卜,芹菜,以胡椒粉,番茄酱,酱青调味,最后加入大葱,才不会让大葱过熟。
  5. 全部料理放置于便当盒内,再加入小番茄粒和黄瓜切片,丰富的便当完成啦!

事实上,份量太多,我当作两餐来吃,heheeee

It's a very good morning to Friday & everyone!
The dish that I bring to you all by today is Thai style fried minced pork! My favourite alwayssssss.

Ingredients: carrot, onion, celery, minced pork, egg, grape tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, cilli pepper, mushroom, broccoli, kidney beans
Seasoning: tomato sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper

  1. Cut carrot, celery, cucumber, onion, chilli pepper, kidney beans into small pieces.
  2. Fried an egg; Boil the broccoli
  3. Fried garlic with vegetable oil, add in minced pork and seasoned it with black pepper and sesame oil. Followed by the addition of carrot pieces, kidney bean pieces and chilli pepper, add little bit of soy sauce and fry it until it is cooked.
  4. For another dish, pour in mushroom, carrot and celery and fried them with pepper, tomato sauce and little bit of soy sauce. Lastly, add in onions. Addition of onions at last is to make sure that they are not overcooked.
  5. Put all dished in the bento box and put in the grape tomatoes and cucumber slices,and you now got your bento for lunch!

In fact, the amount is too much that I have to make it for 2 meals to finish off, heheee!
