What's up STACKERS!
I'm not going to lie to you but I think I'm addicted to candy bars for the past 18+ months. π«π«. I've been eating 1-3 a day! π€€
What are my favorite candy bars?
All the way from Snickers, M&M's, Twix, Kit Kats, MilkyWay, Butterfingers etc... etc... You name it, I ate it. π
So I decided that I'm going to make a temporary switch to Quest Protein Bars and to some other Plant-Based versions.
Was this a health decision? Not at all... I'm already to damn skinny.
Most candy bars are just empty calories (mostly made from sugar) and it was just a waste of calories to eat it all the time.
Might as well replace some sugar with some protein instead. π
These Quest Bars are not the healthiest but still it's still better than regular candy bars. They do taste the same, somewhat. π€·ββοΈ
So if you guys have a "sweet tooth" like myself and want a better alternative, give these ones a try.
Let's see how long this will last. I may be back eating 1-2 candy bars again starting next week, wish me luck! HAHA
