June 30 Days Writing Challenge - Life Hack - Day Thirteen: Junk food...

Good morning friends...and bots, today is day 13 of the June 30 days writing challenge. I am currently on day 6 (I started late) but since I have been doing two life hacks per day I will be caught up after tomorrows post. On to my life hacks of the day

Life hack 1: Do not keep junk food in your place of living As a person who struggles with being overweight this is a huge one. Junk food is everywhere, its in our workplace, its in our hometown, its at the corner store, its at the airport. It is already hard enough not to indulge in all these places! Do not let home be that way too! The place where you spend the most of your time should be a place of health and wellness. Keep healthy snacks and items that need preparation in order to be edible. This will cut down on random junk food eating and crappy nutrition.

Life hack 2: Keep a budget This one is relatively new to me, however, ever since I have become hyper aware of where I was spending my money I have become more frugal and have saved about 40% more per month than I originally was. I use my credit card services as my log. Nothing gets paid for that isn't by credit card. I analyze my spending about once a week to see where I overspent and to determine what I need to allocate for next month.
