Hemos probado un restaurante coreano nuevo en Málaga y nos ha gustado mucho. Os voy a enseñar a continuación unos cuantos platos:

We have tried a new Korean restaurant in Malaga and we really liked it. I'm going to show you a few dishes below:
Tteokbokki es un aperitivo muy popular en Corea hecho de base de arroz y habitualmente puedes comprárselo a vendedores callejeros en Corea.
Tteokbokki is a very popular Korean snack made from rice base, and you can usually buy it from street vendors in Korea.
Japchae es un plato típico coreano elaborado de batata y fideo celofán con carne de vaca y mezclado con verduras. Saborizado con salsa de soja y endulzado ligeramente con algo de azúcar.
Japchae is a typical Korean dish made of sweet potato and cellophane noodle with beef and mixed with vegetables. Flavored with soy sauce and lightly sweetened with some sugar.
Bulgogi es otro plato típico de la gastronomía de Corea. El ingrediente principal es la ternera cortada en tiras y marinada con salsa de soja, azúcar, aceite de sésamo y ajo.
Bulgogi is another typical dish of Korean cuisine. The main ingredient is the beef cut into strips and marinated with soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and garlic.
Bibimbap consiste en un cuenco de arroz con vegetales y carne encima. Al momento de comerlo se mezclan todos los ingredientes.
Bibimbap consists of a bowl of rice with vegetables and meat on top. When eating it, all the ingredients are mixed.
Timbal es elaborado con base de arroz blanco cocido y otros ingredientes enrollados en alga prensada.
Timbal is made with a base of cooked white rice and other ingredients rolled in pressed seaweed.
Kimchi está hecho en base a una preparación fermentada que tiene como ingrediente principal la col asiática.
Kimchi is made based on a fermented preparation that has Asian cabbage as its main ingredient.
