La cerveza es una IPA de manual, de las que ya casi no se hacen. Refrescante y amarga, cristalina y con espuma persistente. Sin añadidos, sin fruta. Cerveza y nada más.
He tenido la suerte de visitar su fabrica en el pequeño municipio de Liérganes (Cantabria) y esta encantadora gente te recibe con los brazos abiertos, puedes ver la fábrica, degustar sus cervezas y hacer acopio de sus productos en su tienda. Repito, a un precio imbatible.
