This is a very tasty version of carrot juice! You can skip the sugar used in this recipe to make it healthier. Those who don't like carrot should also give this one a try. Make sure you use the red-orange carrots not those which are orange in color.
[INGREDIENTS]
- 500 gm carrots
- 1 & 1/2 Cups chilled water (cold water)
- 1/4 Cup mint leaves (Pudina)
- Juice from half lemon
- 1/4 Tsp black salt or as per taste
- Regular salt as per taste
- Juice from half lemon
- 3-4 Tsp sugar (Using 3 Tsp). This is optional.
