After a few days in carb flu hell I'm finally starting to feel human again. I mainly experienced soreness, lack of motivation and just general fatigue.
We "cheated" yesterday with a fruit smoothie which I regretted instantly and I've still not quite recovered from. Interesting how I used to consider those necessary!
