These two birds are young eagles taken into captivity for display and exhibit. They are nurtured by the caretakers inside Birds of Prey, a section in Manila Ocean Park in the Philippines.
This photo was taken during our tour visit with my sister inside this park. These eagles are harmless as they are young and may just stare at you whilst taking photos at them.
