Stress ,What we should know

Stress is a normal part of life and everybody experience it.Stress is an unavoidable aspect of parenting.It may start at any age of life.sometime stress are helpful giving you motivation and power to face challenges and get things done in a better way. But sometime stress causes problems and too much stress making this difficult to cope with everyday task .Parents faced everyday new challenges .Handling meals, study,sleep training are examples of stress times .When we are stressed and handle it in unhealthy ways like with anger ,blame , shouting we teach our children to do the same.When kids reached at the age of seven or above discipline becomes another source of stress.There is a misunderstanding that when parenting stress end when child reaches at the certain age.These misconceptions makes parenting harder.Stress you are feeling is a part of life.It will continue throughout the course of your life and your children too.The Question is how best to deal with it?

Causes of stress

Different stages of life, positive and negative changes ,have too much to do and not have enough time to do are causes of stress .With kids life is change ,kids are dependent on us.We have to do a lot of work and managing a life circle in which a lot of things to teach our kids for a better and confident life.Some time we feels stressed when we have shortage of time and some time our expectations are more.

Signs that you are in stress

If you are stressed your body will let you know it.Sometimes short term stress situation is helpful for body to know how to deal with stress.For example, they might give you the adrenaline rush you need to go to work in time.But if you keep going with this your body will be exhausted and starting sleep problems, digestive problems , headache or bad feelings that i can not deal with responsibilities. This is not a good condition.It puts a strain to whole family.Low patience, damaging relation and rude children.

Managing stress Tips

Write ,What makes me stressed

Write the things and situations in which you feels stressed.It can be easier to deal with stress when you know the things which causes stress.For example when your child not listening you,when your child moving slowly and time is short,You are cleaning home and your child is active.

Try to find the best situations how you can handle this.Make a time table for better use of your work and time management.Guilt can motivate us to avoid repeating mistakes but for conscientious parents, worry and guilt may be a major cause of stress. What we really need is to make us feel better , competent, calm, secure, empowered, supported, and inspired

Find helper


First, accept the help that is offered. Parents receive the greatest amount of offers to help after birth,but the common mistake new parents make is assuming they will be able to go it alone.Make a list of volunteers, and keep a record of what they are willing and able to do for you.Do not shy in taking help.Second Find helpers ,maid etc Who will help in house chores.This can take some of the load off your new family. This small time saving can be a big stress relief, without having to take on an additional long-term expense.

Write about positive things and start thinking positive and than apply

unpleasent thinking makes things harder and it will be difficult to deal with stressful things.like thinking i can not do things manage? I am a loser etc
But you can change your unhelpful thinking with positive thinking.It will be possible with positive self talk and writing positive things and manners.You can increase your positive thinking and your ability to cope with stressful situation.
After this step start applying positive thinking .for example your child is disturbing in the presence of guests and you start thinking" i am a bad parent can not manage it, i think guest too thinking it".But you could think "How do I know that people will think this?’, or Would I think this about someone else ? Keep calm behave nicely and focus on positive ,kids are kids and they learn with our action with time.
Try avoid the situation in which you feels stressed .Try to change the situation by diverting kids attention to other things.

Benefit to get social


Discuss things with friends, Spending some time with friends can be a real help. Even meeting for a tea can be enough, because sharing worries can help you feel supported and better able to cope.You can use your diary to share your thoughts and feelings.You can join social media parents groups to discuss.You can make friends on it to share things.

Focus on necessary things


Try setting realistic goals for your day. You could also avoid taking on more than you can handle.Make a time table and put essential things on it and follow a disciplined routine. Break your big tasks into small chunks you can hire a helper.getting organised can reduce the stress of things like getting ready for school. Time management techniques can reduce parental stress.

Physical Health


Look after your physical health by eating well, getting some exercise, and making time for rest.Avoid caffeine, alcohol because they causes depression. Take mint and green tea.A healthy lifestyle not only change your body ,it changes your mind,attitude and your mood.and your body hears everything your mind says .Take care of your mental health too .Do Some exercise or walk .Practice deep breath exercise.
