Saying A Big Thank You To All Steemit Witness : A 5 Minutes Freewrite.

I just watched a video some minutes ago about being a witness on Steemit. A witness by the name @igormuba Witness Update: Making Profit Or Not was very straight in bringing me very close to the cost of running a witness node. He breaks it down to the smallest, the minimum amount of gadget needed in term of RAM, Processors and the likes, not forgetting power (electricity) and data connection. He didn't stop there, he went on to give the price of these things and they were all costly. Very costly and now running a node and creating blocks? One would think those witnesses are making money off us the users not knowing that it's the opposite. He made it known that he creates a block once in two days and that's 1 steem power. Which leads us to 15 steem in a month for all the hustle of vetting a block on the blockchain.

Am sure it's clear this is no profit, yeah, and that calls for appreciation to them all our witnesses. Thank you for helping us keep the blockchain flowing. Thanks so much.

Am also praying that by this time next year, I'll be a witness too, am sure by then steem price would have gone up enough to make them break even. A very big shout out to all witness out there, I happen to know just few of them though I've voted for so many. Just few,
@paulag : I remembered what she said about dtube shunning out post but yet to have a very good quality content, she made a statement that on YouTube you can find videos on how to do this and that, but dtube is yet to get there. Am sure we'll get there some day. She said all this in a discord room weeks ago. On way forward of steem. Big shout out to you, job well done, without you guys, there is no steemians.

@themarkymark : I knew him during the flag war and I just came in then, he was flagging abuser and blacklisting those abusing the steem blockchain, and presently running a contest. An amazing guy. I say a very big thank you for helping us all here.

@dragosroua : I can't do a day without checking his blog, I've been addicted to him for months now and he's so good at bringing the best blockchain news to the table. Recently he made it known that he's going to shut down his witness node till things get better. Thank you sir for helping us all.
