Being Healthy While You Work Is As Important As Your Business

Before I retired and started my own entrepreneurial endeavor, I used to work at a desk for a long time. Even now, the business I run gets me on the desk at least 80% of my working time. These long period sitting at a desk can feel very unnatural even though it is rarely noticed. Your continuous well-being over time at work is as important as the Business you run.

In this post, I will be sharing the first 10 stretches I involve in often to keep my body and spirit as connected as possible, to retain me more effective working time. These pictures are so important that if you have workers under you, I will advise they do these often as well.

You need to stay healthy and if you run a business on being 100% glued to the seat without taking some minutes to reconnect with your body, I fear your business might get fatigued too!. I use these every time and I hope others do too.

Image-Credit: These images where distributed to me during the time I was still in the corporate market and by so I can't seem to have the exact sources since they came in JPG formats, But nonetheless, I stumbled on a couple on http://officevibe.com. In the light of this, I will accredit these images to them.

Thanks,
