Here is a slice of rye bread toasted with vegetable spread home made.
How I did it?

The Egplant roasted in the oven then pealed the skin and mash it out .
Red pepper with Onions caramelized with Oil
Add the egplant
Tomatoes sauce
Let them cook on slow for about 40 min.
You can add garlic and dill to cook together.

Then use it as you wish on any bread, flat bread.
Can be used as well as a dip with Tostitos😀
