Eye opening article. Another reason why people are fat is due to the fluoridation of our water supply. Fluoride suppresses the thyroid which is necessary for energy and synthesizing proteins. Fluoride is a poison and its in our toothpaste too. I use fluoride free toothpaste and distilled water. Lost a whole lot of weight since and feel better mentally as fluoride damages our pineal gland.
