Necessary condition for change #2

Nowadays change often gets associated with some kind of negative thinking. However in my opinion change is crucial in our everyday life if we wanna improve! We grow and get better through change. Still many people only see the possible negative sides of change: they don't wanna step out of their comfort zone, not realizing how much they could gain from new experiences. I believe that this focus on the possible negative is the main factor which holds so many people back. Just a small shift in our thinking could help as see the world in such a different way.
Over the years I learned to look at it in a different way: I now try to avoid the word 'change' and substitute it with 'improvement' because that's exactly what I wanna get out of it. This focus on the positive really helps me to improve in every aspect since that's the thing I seek. (google 'Law of Attraction' for better understanding)
Try it out for yourself if you wanna improve. The next time something doesn't happen as expected or you have the chance to get some change in your life, take the opportunity and step our of your comfort zone with a positive thought in the back of your mind that whatever experience you will make is going to change you and that's a positive thing since you improve through that!
Reflect on it afterwards in an objective manner and manly focus on the positive sides of the outcome in order to really improve.
