One pan satay chicken

Hey, ya! ! !
I was thinking of going to see doctor...but decided not to,,,
maybe I get some kind of cream to reduce my itchiness at the pharmacy!

T'day is one of the usual menu list of our family....YES! Satay Chicken!!!!!!YAY!!!!!!!
I know...if you think of satay chicken is like,,,, chicken on the skewers and have peanut&coconut sauce on the side....
but our home, we do not use the skewers, USE the fraying pan only...!!!
Dish it up when it's cooked ( > o <)

You basically marinate the chicken with garlic, ginger, soy sauce and sugar. Marinate at least 1 hour...if you can leave more, that would be awesome!!!

Next, heat the pan with oil, and cook the chicken. While chicken is cooking, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, sugar, and coconut milk in a bowl. when its cooked, pour the mixed sauce, add vegetables you want to eat, and wait until the sauce become thick... Once it is thicken, stop the heat, and dish it up!!!
See!?!?!? Isn't it so easy? just with one pan, no separated pot or oven tray...!!!
So easy to make it at home!!!
