Today I sit on the beach in Bamboo Shack with Filip. He is the first volunteer in SatoshiSchool. We starting to make plans. We already know that school will be not even close to the beach. I spend two days researching plots of land around Otres. Everything is own by chinese. Prizes are too high.
We will look for a place in the rural area, there we can bring the best change and we can have a biggest impact. Filip decide he is going to move from Otres to Kampot in two weeks, he can start looking for a piece of land. 2 hectares will be enough. We are not in hurry, we think we will buy it in 2 months, at least this is the plan. First months we will spread the news around the city then we wait and second month we can start looking at all the finds. I will be in Poland in the end of February so I can set up Satoshi School Foundation, so it's can own 49% of the land. When I get back I will rent a house in Kampot where I will setup a base of operations. I hope to get a land before the raining season will start. Then we have to find a team of experts to make all the buildings plans and calculations. Then we only find hands on the ground and start building.
