well cyberblock, the long dabate over Bitcoin scaling is moving towards resolution as more than 80% of miners are already signing support for BIP91. If this holds, and likely will, Bitcoin will adopt segregated witness(via segwit2x) even before the August 1st deadline.i believe with available expertise and technology, the coding if well written will effectively work.thank for your constructive opinion.
