This is kinda sad that I've went this far into the summer without a smoking post.
Friday was the day, I was working out of my home office and my wife went to Sam's and got the ribs....I could at least smoke them.
I used a blend of maple, hickory and cherry wood. I always cut the ribs, before I smoke them. Double meat, cutting every other rib out. You can add a little sauce if you need it, but they are full of flavor. Just my secret rib rub, natural smoke and a little QST Sapor.
Nice and juicy! Flavor was awesome. I sprayed on a little QST Smoke product called Sapor, that balanced the smoke flavor really well.
Looks like I'm smoking a cup of coffee also, but that adds the humidity I need to get that rib juicy inside and out.
