I don’t listen to music every day. In fact, most days now I don’t. But some days I do, and today was one of those days - le apetu wastelo!

This Kirtan music is really special to me; it takes me back to a very special time in my life, when I began discovering the freedom of response-ability, the joy of discipline, the love of letting go. Things haven’t stayed perfect since those days. It takes work to stay on the path, but I love these little triggers that invite me back into mindful peace.
The whole album is really spectacular, but the song Baba Hanuman is my favorite. I can listen to it on repeat for hours…I’m pretty simple though, and can do this with many things. One time I listened to Goodbye Moonmen on repeat for like a month. Still, I stand behind my original statement - this album is really wonderful.
I try to only post these daily soundtracks when I come across one of those albums I can easily listen to on repeat, and this is absolutely one such album.
