One solution is to go for home-cooked meals. With lots of DIY videos and tutorials these days, I would always look up a recipe or two and watch how to prepare these dishes. I would then adjust the recipe based on ingredients that we have on hand. We do our grocery shopping every two weeks, so we get to plan ahead whatever we will be purchasing. It's also helpful to have a grocery list and stick to it for better budgeting. It works well for us. 😊😊
