... opening the lot to a new complex in behind. This was a condemned building with the last remaining evidence being street art and graffiti on remaining spots of fence. Though this is a good thing for the area it will be sad to see the art go as I have become accustomed to walking past it each day with Jerry.
I can’t remember a time before the area was run down and fence painted, that counts 12 years in Victoria it had been that way. Many things have changed in the years I have been here but one thing that hasn’t is the difficulty of housing. It’s a good thing we have places like this to develop, opening single lots into multiple dwelling apartments. Just sad nothing will be done with the art of those whom have dwelled behind the fence.
