Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. I got up early in the morning but felt a bit tired and it was cold outside, so I didn't go out. I prepared breakfast and had breakfast with my family, and I spent time at home with them until noon. In the afternoon, my wife and I went out for a walk and did some shopping for the house. And despite the cold weather, I managed to surpass 5K today.
According to Google Fit, I walked 5652 steps, 4.18 km, and burned 2278 Cal. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
