Hi guys,
I decided to start off December big. My body might retaliate now, but it'll be happy later. I did 1 hour on treadmill. I hope to do it every day, but we'll see. I don't have phone on me all the time and my fitbit is broken. I'll have to experiment and see if Actifit syncs with my Xiaomi Mi Band 3.
I cut down on noms today. Comfort eating had become a way of life to cope with depression. Thankfully, strawberry and banana smoothie was very filling and nummy. I had a light veggie salad for dinner. It's tough being a foodie and having to cope comfort eating.
I got back into meditation. Its nice. Helps me stay in touch with my intuition and it balances my mind. You guys should try it. ~

I been busy with work lately. No weekend break for freelance graphic designers and web developers. I been a little stressed out with my ISP going down all the time. I'm thinking of getting a 4g connection as backup as soon as I get paid.
I been having dreams of getting a pet kitten and a bunny, but can't have these now. pouts
My life seems pretty stagnant right now. I hope it'll all change by end of the year.
I been listening to songs by Erutan. Song of the Goddess resonates with me so much. It takes me back to the time i was playing Dragon Nest with my SO. Its a world where the thought she'll one day pass away so young didn't even occur to me. This song makes me melancholic and makes me smile at the same time.
