I drove 18 hours, across 7 states, to get home yesterday. That was a long ass drive and i did it twice in 3 days!
All of my steps came from short breaks I took at gas stations and rest stops to move around and get the blood flowing after being stagnant in a car.
I was really surprised to see i hit 5k steps, but ill take it 😉😂
Anyhow, ill be back to the gym tomorrow for a real workout. Take care friends ✌😎
