My Actifit Report Card: November 2 2018

Today I ran 2 miles in under 14 mins! that's both miles in under 7 mins each and my best time yet :) That might not seem like a big deal to some but considering I'm 36 years old and only started running consistently a few months ago, I feel pretty damn proud of myself.

Prior to this the last time I ran regularly was when I was in the military more than 11 years ago. I want to run further distances than 2 miles but my knees and hips are feeling the pain so I gotta slowly work my way up on that as my body allows it. Getting hurt from pushing to hard only slows you down in the end.

It was raining most of the day today but it did stop long enough for me to get in my run and a cool down walk, that was about it for the day as far as activity for me.
