My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2019

Hello Actifitters!

I'm one week old today as an actifitter! Yahooooo! The first thing that I did this morning was to weigh myself. Guess what? I lost 2 kilos!!! I also measured my waist line and I am an inch smaller. Oh, I felt great, really great. I'm reaping my efforts; it's all worth it.

My every step counts on shedding off my fats, and I am seeing it. I used to walk WHENEVER I have time; now, I MAKE time for it. Walking, exercising is a part of my schedule.

I'm more than happy with my week's achievement. Hope you are happy with yours!
