Both my cell and my backup battery were getting low on power. The C & O Trail starting from DC we’re well shaded which makes for cool shaded traveling by mountain bike, but not so great to charge up using solar panels.
The Nekteck 21 Watt Solar Charger I can highly recommend. It does a fantastic job and recharging my backup. So I found a spot along the river shore away from shade and took a dip in the Potomac River.
