My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2019

1)wake up at 5:00 am(complete 8 hrs sleep)
2)day starts with aglass of hot water and some almonds and cashew.

  1. followed by 1.5 hr of gym workout and yoga.
  2. then ending a day with 1glass of jeera water(warm water)
