Ketan Lapis Srikaya (Bulukat Selai)

Ingredients
Ketan Material:

  1. 500 gr Rice Stick (soak 3 hours)
  2. 250 ml thick
  3. 1 tsp Salt

Srikaya / Jam Material:

  1. 5 eggs

  2. 150 gr of Wheat Flour

  3. 100 gr Maizena Flour

  4. 300 gr Sugar Sand (to taste)

  5. 500 ml Thickened Milk

  6. 200 ml fluffy coconut milk

  7. 200 grams Mature Jacket (finely blender)

  8. 1 sachet of Vanilla Powder

  9. 4 pieces of pandan leaves Salt taste Sufficient Dye Food (color according to taste)

    How to make sticky rice:

  10. Take glutinous rice that has been soaked and steamed glutinous rice for 15 minutes. Lift and set aside.

  11. Then cook thick coconut milk and salt stirring constantly so the coconut milk does not break until boiling and turn off the fire. Then add the sticky rice that had been steamed into it. Then stir until the coconut milk absorbed with sticky rice. Then steam until cooked.

  12. If the ketannya is cooked, put ketannya into a rectangle pan / other container (try to contain the container approximately later ketannya can reach half of the container) then flatten while pressed-press for ketannya solid. Then set aside.

  13. How to make srikaya / quote: Mix in a container of sugar, salt, flour, eggs, jackfruit, vanilla powder, pandan leaves and coconut milk, mix well. Then cook over low heat until thickened, then turn off the heat and pour over the sticky rice that has been set aside.

  14. Then steam for 35 minutes / until cooked. Then lift and chill.

  15. After the cold glutinous layer of srikaya was ready to cut and ready to serve.
