# La zona abdominal siempre nos va a preocupar estéticamente. Tener el abdomen marcado y definido es un sueño para todos. *Pero, ¿por qué cuesta tanto tener un abdomen plano?* Hay muchos mitos sobre este tema y hoy quiero hablarles un poco sobre esto basado en mi experiencia.
Ya son más de cuatro años de entrenamiento durante el cual me he enfocado en conseguir las metas que tanto deseo para mi cuerpo. Este camino no ha sido fácil porque he cometido muchos errores que luego, al corregirlos, se convierten en una fuente de sabiduría invaluable y que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes. Un aspecto importante para resaltar antes de todo es que se debe tener mucha disciplina con la alimentación y los ejercicios. Mantener un cuerpo saludable es cambiar tu estilo de vida para mejor y eso empieza por cambiar ese chip que nos empuja a cometer todos los abusos o excesos que no son para nada sanos.

# ***MITOS Vs. REALIDADES
PARA TENER UN ABDOMEN PLANO***
|

Dietas milagrosas

|✔️ Alimentación sana| |-|-| |Vamos a estar claros, la alimentación es uno de los puntos más importantes para bajar de peso, que en otras palabras significa eliminar esa cantidad extra de grasa que poseemos. Sin embargo, tenemos que tener cuidado, es decir, debemos tener sentido común y ser objetivo con las metas que nos planteamos. Si una persona es obesa, es imposible que en una semana tenga el abdomen marcado y plano por medio de una dieta prohibitiva de esas que solo contiene proteínas o que elimina una cantidad brutal de alimentos. |Para tener un abdomen marcado es necesario tener una alimentación sana baja de grasas. En lugar de consumir aceites vegetales, margarina y azúcar, es mejor usar aceite de oliva y consumir mantequilla y grasas naturales que se consigue en el aguacate y en los frutos secos como el maní, merey, etc.|

Sudar quema grasa

|✔️ Hidrátate| |-|-| |Ten cuidado porque el excesivo ejercicio y usar prendas que te hagan sudar lo único que va a producir es deshidratación. Sudar mientras entrenamos no significa que estamos quemando calorías, simplemente estamos eliminando líquidos que luego debemos recuperar al hidratarnos. |El sudor no es más que agua y sales minerales. Es importante hidratarnos en el entrenamiento para no deshidratarnos y tener consecuencias como el dolor de cabeza que es una de las consecuencias menos graves.|

Uso de fajas

|✔️ Contrae el abdomen| |-|-| |Como lo comenté en el párrafo anterior, sudar no significa que estamos quemando calorías, sólo perdemos líquidos y si nos colocamos faja solo estamos acelerando la deshidratación de la piel en esta zona porque evitamos que la piel transpire naturalmente. El sudor acumulado y retenido por estas fajas pueden hacer crecer hongos en la piel. Además de causar atrofia muscular, distensión abdominal y flacidez.|Así que mis queridos amigos lo mejor es realizar todos nuestros entrenamientos con el abdomen contraído, de esta manera lograremos tener una buena postura y estaremos fortaleciendo nuestra zona abdominal.|
A continuación les traigo una rutina excelente para fortalecer y definir los ABS (abdominales). Estos ejercicios me encantan porque el abdomen se siente fortalecido casi inmediatamente.

# Puntos a tomar en cuenta: - Puedes dedicar un día para ejercitar esta zona o lo puedes hacer después de una rutina de brazos o piernas. - Es un entrenamiento para fortalecer y tonificar - Sólo se descansa por 10 segundos entre series - Son 4 series - Hidrátate - Ejecuta bien los ejercicios. Es mejor 10 repeticiones bien ejecutadas que 20 con mala postura - Al ejecutar el ejercicio, contrae el abdomen - Controla la respiración - Descansa el músculo por 24 horas - Recuerda no debes usar fajas - Puedes tomar agua de avena después del entrenamiento. Es fabulosa para la piel y ayuda a reducir los niveles de colesterol en la sangre

# *CALENTAMIENTO*
Recuerda que debes calentar antes de hacer cualquier actividad física. ### Saltos con cuerda Saltar cuerda me encanta porque es el cardio más efectivo para quemar calorías y al mismo tiempo estamos trabajando todo el cuerpo. Yo hago 600 saltos de cuerdas. Las hago de 150 repeticiones y cuatro series Si están comenzando hagan las repeticiones a su ritmo. Les recomiendo 20 repeticiones y cuatro series. Harían 80 saltos de cuerda. ##### ***¡Exígete!***

# **ABS Definidos**
###### EJERCICIO N˚1 # Abdominales en banco

Excelente ejercicio para trabajar el abdomen bajo y alto.

1. Sentada en un banco con la espalda recta y el abdomen contraído. 2. Sube las piernas al banco y flexiónalas en V invertida. Coloca la espalda un poco hacia atrás. 3. Ahora lleva las rodillas casi al pecho con la ayuda de los brazos. Contrae el abdomen mientras haces este movimiento. 4. Por último, baja las piernas rectas sin llegar a la base del banco. Recuerda contraer el abdomen y manejar la respiración. Esto es una repetición. Debes hacer 20 repeticiones

###### EJERCICIO N˚2 # Plancha lateral

Fabuloso ejercicio para trabajar los oblícuos.

1 • Semi-acostada de lado sobre el mat. Coloca el antebrazo sobre el piso. Las piernas deben estar una encima de la otra. El otro brazo en forma perpendicular al cuerpo. 2 • Ahora, sube la cadera poco a poco. Ayúdate con el brazo para mantener el equilibrio. Contrae el abdomen. Manteniendo la posición sube hasta que el cuerpo quede totalmente recto y luego baja. Esto es una repetición. Repetir con el otro lado. Debes hacer 20 repeticiones.

###### EJERCICIO N˚3 # Abdominales con piernas elevadas

Fabuloso para definir y fortalecer los abdominales altos y bajos.

1. Sentada sobre el mat con la espalda recta con la ayuda de los brazos y las piernas rectas sobre el piso. 2. Luego, acuéstate boca arriba sobre el mat. Coloca los brazos a los lados o debajo de la lumbar y extiende las piernas. El cuerpo debe estar totalmente recto. 3. Agarra impulso y sube las piernas juntas a una inclinación de unos 50 grados aproximadamente, pero sin flexionarlas. Recuerda contraer el abdomen. 4. Luego, manteniendo las piernas juntas, baja las piernas rectas, pero sin tocar el suelo. Contrae el abdomen. Esto es una repetición. Debes hacer 20 repeticiones.

###### EJERCICIO N˚4 # Plancha en movimiento

Con la plancha trabajamos el CORE (centro de nuestro cuerpo) completo. Espectacular ejercicio para definir y fortalecer los abdominales.

1. Colócate en posición de plancha. Cuerpo totalmente recto y abdomen contraído. Los pies no deben sobrepasar el ancho de los hombros. 2. Mantén la posición de la plancha y, con un movimiento de salto, abre las piernas. En la imagen 2 se puede apreciar que las piernas están en el aire y se hace de esta forma para que el movimiento de apertura de las piernas sea fluido. 3. Haciendo el mismo movimiento de salto de las piernas, ahora la cerramos. 4. Esto es una repetición. Debes hacer 20 repeticiones.

Remember to warm up before any physical activity. ### Jumping rope I love jumping rope because it is the most effective cardio to burn calories and at the same time we are working the whole body. ###### EXERCISE # 1 # Bench crunches

Excellent exercise to work the lower and upper abdomen.

1. Sit on a bench with your back straight and your abdomen contracted. 2. Bring your legs up onto the bench and bend them into an inverted V shape. Place your back slightly backwards. 3. Now bring your knees almost to your chest with the help of your arms. Contract your abdomen while doing this movement. 4. Finally, lower your legs straight down without reaching the base of the bench. Remember to contract your abdomen and manage your breathing. This is one repetition. You should do 20 repetitions.

Fabulous exercise to work the obliques.

1 - Semi lying on your side on the mat, place your forearm on the floor. Legs should be on top of each other.The other arm perpendicular to the body. 2 - Now, slowly raise your hips. Help yourself with your arm to keep your balance. Contract your abdomen. Holding the position, raise until the body is completely straight and then lower. This is one repetition. Repeat with the other side. You should do 20 repetitions.

Fabulous for defining and strengthening the upper and lower abs.

1. Sitting on the mat with your back straight with the help of your arms and legs straight on the floor. 2. ###### EXERCISE # 4 # Plank in motion
