聽聽聽聽聽 Correr, rutinas de ejercicios y sobre todo los retos, me encantan; pero esta vez, quiero cumplir algo que ten铆a pendiente y lo quiero hacer en esta vida. Lo conoc铆, gracias a mi princesa Ashley, que por cierto, ella hoy d铆a no lo puede hacer por la universidad y su trabajo, y me enamore inmediatamente. El deporte se denomina Pole dance, y esta es mi primera clase oficial, que espero poder seguir haci茅ndolo.

聽聽聽聽聽 El d铆a anterior, realice una rutina fuerte en casa, con mi hijo Genaro y eso, repercuti贸 en mi primera clase de Pole, pero nada me detuvo e igualmente, seg煤n la profesora, estuve bastante bien.
Es una meta anual que tengo, espero en un par de meses, poder presentarle alguna coreograf铆a, que estoy segura de que con constancia, lo voy a lograr.
