Splinterlands: Gold I and Diamond III Unlocked in Quick Succession in the New Season!!! 🔥🔥🔥

For months now, every season reset has been predictable. The system drops me in at 2,600 rating — solid Gold I territory — and the climb begins from there.

This time? Something different happened.

The reset hit and I opened my eyes to 2,300 rating. Straight into Gold II.

No warning. No explanation. Just a lower starting point than I’ve seen in a long while.
I didn’t even flinch.
The Pre-Season Setup
I had already stacked the deck before the reset even landed.
First, the usual suspect — Nephket.
Then I brought in a Level 2 Fizbo the Fabulous.

Welcome to the team, Fizbo. He arrived with something to prove and didn’t waste a single second.

What followed was pure dominance.Smooth. Ruthless. Fast as hell.The ranking system tried to start me lower than usual and the cards simply refused to stay there. Every match felt like the pieces were locking into place perfectly. Momentum built so quickly it almostfelt unfair.
This game just hits different when everything clicks.

The Double Unlock
Then the real story unfolded.
I unlocked Gold I.
And almost immediately after — still inside the same 24-hour window — Diamond III unlocked right behind it.As shown in the screenshot above.
Back-to-back. Same day. First time this has ever happened for me.
From a lower-than-usual Gold II start all the way to Gold I and Diamond III unlocked in quick succession. That has never happened before.OPENING THE LOOTS OF BOTH LEAGUES

GOLD 🥇 I LOOT

Nothing much from the loot,but my Thornmaw Berserker and Grim Bonewhip are growing in copies every now and then from different sources of my activities and actions. I need more 20 copies for Grim Bonewhip to get to level five (5) and unlocked the swiftness ability, granting +1 speed to all allied units.

DIAMOOND III LOOT

My Oshannus Unmade, Stonebind Matron and Palimpsest Prophet are increasing in copies as well. This is Palimpsest Prophet from Lv.4 to Lv.5:

Progressing from +1 melee attack to +2 melee attack. This is one of the beauty of unlocking these leagues. My growth in cards collection for a stronger deck for the future continues.

My Final Thoughts.
Season resets always bring a little chaos. For months the system had been placing me at 2,600. This time it decided 2,300 was the number.It didn’t matter.

The combination of Nephket + Level 2 Fizbo and others in various battles has turned the lower starting point into nothing more than a temporary inconvenience. The climb was clean, fast, and satisfying in a way that only #Splinterlands can deliver when the stars align.Loving this game more than ever.
The new season is still young. The ladder is still open. And the cards are still cooking.
